HELP! wzmss.dll?

I need help.
I downloaded v62 global MS,
and then I downloaded LiteEXP.
After that, when I opened LiteEXP from the download window,
I get some kind error that I have NOT have wzmss.dll some kinda file.
''This applicationhas failed to start because wzmss.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.''
I did reinstalled it 3 times but it pops up the same error over and over again.
Can you please tell me how to fix this problem and how to make LiteEXP work?
I'm DESPERATE.

Alright, here's the wzmss.dll replace for the missing wzmss.dll , Download & paste it inside the LiteEXP folder.
